It actually fits on cd, only you should have burned it as SVCD...

I did it in SVCD format. These mpg files (VCD os SVCD format) require more space on your hd. Of course, it'll be the same if you burn it as a regular data cd. The reason why you can burn more data in VCD/SVCD format is that these discs have less error protection than the data cds. Plus VCD/SVCD's are playable on some dvd players...
