I have been travelling for nights out, have done it for years. Just think it'd be easier if we all lived in the same city. Theres like 30 of us.
The job im doing is ok, but its not a career just got lucky when i got it. Not overly bothered about the job as can always get another one.
Think the clincher was, coming home after a shitty day at work and wanting to go for a pint with my mates and not talk about work, just have some banter. Cant really do that just now.
Moving from glasgow to edinburgh. |
Based solely on the cities in question, I would move from Glasgow to Edinburgh in a second But that's because I absolutely adore Edinburgh haha.
Mate, if you wanna move, and you think you can get a good job, with good pay, and get a decent place to live there, then do it. Maybe.
May I ask how old you are? Tell me to piss off if you want lol.
Edit: Nevermind the last part, I forgot I can see it in your profile again now.

Yeah i know i wouldnt have a huge problem getting a job + i'm training to be microsoft certified and will be done in 6 months. Thats my career, i just need a job to pay the bills and afford the luxuries in life in the meantime.
I know what you mean about edinburgh and glasgow, i'm an east coast boy. Grew up in st andrews and i've been away since i was 17. Always thought it would be cool to live in loadsa different places. But done that now, had fun met loadsa good friends(who all coincidentally live in edinburgh now haha) and think its time to move closer to home. Gonna live with my two best mates in a nice area and flat. So it looks all good.
Guess i just think its a shame to give up my current place, worked damn hard to get it. But whats the point if you aint happy.
