In which case, I guess if we leave, the insurgents win, so we must stay until there are no insurgents, right? That does seem to be the logic that the Bushies are following these days. This would be easier if we didn't even bother with a puppet government and just conquered them, as that's the only way these 3 factions are getting along again.
