Yes thats true and there already phones which can do what the Iphone can
With the iPhone you cannot download songs/videos directly on to your handset. Customers will need to download content to their PC first and then transfer to the phone, like the iPod. Customers also need to install iTunes and pay $0.99 per song.
iPhone doesn't work with corporate push email, only Exchange Pull emails. Also, iPhone does not support ActiveSync.
iPhone does not support editing of Microsoft Office applications. Corporate customers will only be able to view PowerPoint and Excel documents
Clients will need to ship their iPhones to Apple even for a simple battery change. Leaving clients without their iPhone for possibly weeks.
