2 amps per sub, one powering each voicecoil. Judging by the model number of the amps, I presume thats 1500 watts per amp (peak) and maybe around 1000 watts RMS. Unless he's running it at lower impedence level to get more power.
In any case, for DB Drag competitions, it looks crap. You can see the roof moving, which means that its not diverting the soundwave into one direction and is in fact interfering with it. Proper DB drag cars have masses of sound deadening, concrete in the floors, and 1 inch thick bulletproof windows to make sure the sound only travels in one direction.
So after my diatribe above, the guy has set up his system for street bass, rather than pure SPL. Just by looking at the amount of air that is moving, I would estimate around 155ish decibels.
