dumbest thing i ever bought online was 2 48" blacklights off of ebay...they were in a huge casing that held them side by side (i.e. something you see on a ceiling in a garage or workshed). so i put in a bid for it, thinking that it wasn't going to be high enough to keep the auction...turns out it was. so i got it about a week later, while i was still living in the dorms, and thought , "why the fuck did i get this?"

i then resold it on ebay and made $5 on it. lol

Lol, that's so nuts to think about now.

I think my first 8 bit soundcard cost me $200 or something.

There was no such thing as a 16 bit soundcard when I bought it. 8 bit Sound Blaster ftw.

But I was, I dunno, 13 or 14? It's not like it was my money at the time

Speaking of idiot spending online...

$70 for a Giclee print of Caravaggio's Judith And Holofernes?

Unframed.

Yes or no? My house needs something for the walls.
