confetti Alfredo?

i love pasta so much that i simply don't have the patience to eat stringy types of noodles like spaghetti, fettuccine, or angel hair. it takes way too long to wind them neatly on my fork in perfect sized bites that won't slop all over my face. i prefer noodles that i can just stab with my fork.

You could always..you know.. cut your spaghetti. I know..SHOCKING.

I cut mine, I can't stand twirling either but I love 'ghetti. Angel hair pasta is great for stirfry's though, so that's the only one I put up with.

cutting spaghetti is so lame. it still slops all over the place. i want something i can just STAB and shove in my mouth.

using a spoon as a base to hold it against while i twirl it is always my preferred option if i am eating that sort of pasta... but i'll always choose rigatoni or penne or mostaccioli or fusilli over stringy noodles any day.

Yeah, I think I like Penne the most.

But Ravioli or Agnolotti is FOR THE WIN.

dude, pasta in its entirity is the best shit on the planet. regardless of noodle shape/size, noodles with sauces and spices rock the shit out of any other food....evar.

I personally tend to think of pasta in very broad terms, so I include ramen and all those far eastern noodles into this category. It's as if pasta were made of win all over the world.
