well, if trance isn't going to get better, there has to be some kind of proper uplifting music coming out to listen to from time to time... it is interesting how it's getting popular even with people who hate trance or hate house though

I used to like this stuff a couple of years ago, but not so much anymore. I find it a bit too fluffy, and kind of hard to concentrate on. Does anyone else know what I mean by this? For example, when I'm at home listening to one of these sets while surfing the net, I find it very easy to tune out of it and cease paying attention to it.

AFAIK neo trance is stuff that is similar to early 90s trance. Very stripped down and sometimes sounds very raw and harsh with hint of 'trancey' sound.

Few producers have been experimenting with it. Good thread in MD about neo trance
