There's a difference about how passionately the labels feel about sharing the two though even though they're the same from a strictly legal point of view.

It doesnt seem BAD to me.
Why is it BAD to use other capella?! I cant sell it using my own name, I will give it to the label that has the authority, and i put my (dj icanremixthisshit mix) behind the track.

someone just release a track with this 'as the rush comes' vocal/acapella running backwards through the tune, on black hole. was an amateur producer i think..
