that's easier said than done. much, much, easier said than done.
I've experimented with esoteric sounds and different scales, crazy automation, maybe add influences from other cultures, but in the end it sounds corny or incoherent.
You have to be truly a genius like aphex twin to be unique.
Also, while electronic music is young in terms of a genre itself, it's not THAT young and has been around for ahwhile now, so every experiment has been done. I don't think there is anything new to explore, or if there is anything new to explore, it won't be much.

thansk for feedback cool....... i think real genius is taking music back to its roots..... to the core elements drums and string intruments... there is a new sound coming if you look at the time line
88-89 oldskool
98-99 trance
08-09 well i havent thought what im going to call my style yet any suggestions....lol

I'd rethink some things first though man. You could say that certain cultures never thought their way of life would ever change to something new. its something thats very human...that we're living in the best possible or last possible situation just by naturally eliminating the other (worse) situations through time. its easy to think, 'how could there be anything else?'. but this has been proven wrong for years. boundary changing innovations haven't come easy and they're rarely anticipated and commonplace.
