I’m in the same boat. I took a new promotion with the company I’ve been with for the past 5 years. I have to by company policy stay in the same position for 1 year before moving to another. It’s been 6 months; I can’t take much more of it. I’m talking to my manager today, she either gives me a waiver or I’ll go to another company.
