I'd definitely go with A&H. Theyve got awesome filters and half of the effects on the pioneers are useless anyway. How many times would you actually use echo/robot etc?

Hmmm, I have no use for Robot myself, but I'm sure someone can put it to good use. A friend of mine uses the echo extremely effectively - it's all about how creative you are......

Im not saying its completely useless, but with most types of trance echo just sounds rubbish. You can occasionally get away with it on some more minimal tracks, like the crap they use to demo them with.

Alternatively try the Korg Zero4.

I have a Pioneer DJM 800 and I love it. I haven't spun on any other mixer other than a shitty Numark though.

Xone 42 if you care about sound quality and butter smooth EQ control, DJM-700 if you like putting whacky effects all over your music.
