Omigod i'm so excited for this! I can't believe you're gonna be down there! We are staying at my family's house in playa del carmen. How long are you planning on staying for?? You should def stay in playa wayyy nicer/cooler than cancun imo. Playacar palace is amazing but prob a bit pricey, it's an all-inclusive though and right next to our house! Blue Parrot is also a good hotel and is right where the action is going to be, literally. They have an outdoor dj booth on the beach same with Coco Maya which is right next door. There are also a bunch of smaller/cheaper places that I think you will be able to just walk into and book a room and they are right on the main strip.

Yeah seriously! I talked to this guy about the BPM conference and he said that they are signed up to do this for the next 5 years so its gonna get bigger and bigger obviously. Next year we should all plan to go and stay at my house (minus the fam).

Yeah it was totally a last minute thing! I found out I got a three day weekend.....I was gonna head to Miami for the weekend but totally forgot about this until I saw the banner on TA and was like SO I decided to take vacation on top of my weekend....plus it's my b-day on the 6th and I never get to do anything cool for my b-day! Glad to know some familiar faces will be there....we all have to get together and get shit faced on tequila lol. Mike and I are flying out on Friday morning and staying till Tuesday. Keryn, what's the easiest way to get from the airport to Playa? I was thinking about booking one of those travel vans that wait there with your name at the airport....it's like $90 round trip....is it worth it?

I know there is actually a bus that runs to playa from the airport and it is dirt cheap. Everyone speaks English more or less at the airport so you can ask about the bus there. We are renting a car for an entire week for $106.00 at carrentals.com. Otherwise you can always take a van or taxi.
