first of all i just want to say that i hate when DJ Tiesto put so many songs w/ vocals like Battleship Grey on his album "in my memory". its definitely not his style and those types of trance tunes with vocals i just cant stand. but theres a lot of tunes out there that i do like and the vocals dont bother me at all in them, sorry i cant name any off the top of my head right now.
but i just dont like when the whole track is drowned in lyrics.
*its especially cool when the producer can use the voices to make synthesizer type sounds, you know what i mean

I think a good tune w/ good vocals is Jan Johnson- Flesh....I think thats how the name is spelt....

This is a trk that the vocals bring out the song and adds the elemnt of emotion when mixed right......

When has Kylie Minogue been trance, she just jump on the trance trend all of a sudden?

Iio - Rapture is nice, the vocals totally make this song as I dont care much for the music in the original mix at all.

Jan Johnston is a great vocalist. That guy says he likes sweet & seductive, and Jan is as good as any in that field. I'm guessing he prefers the sweet & seductive vocals of Scooter's Candy Man.

I think vocals are great! Ofcourse the song must be originally vocal, cuz the 'trhown in'vocals I mostly don't like. But vocals (female vocals) are imo a bit abstracter, a lot of trance has concrete tones. (al lot of trance also doesn't, and I like these songs too ofcourse)With vocals you can't point your finger at a certain point, it's more fluent imo. Don't forget that I like all types of trance music, vocals are for me to sit back and relax!

Lange one of my favourite Producers, has loadsa of vocals on his tracks, except for Firewall, and they r all awesome tracks - ie I believe and follow me.

So for me I personally love vocal tracks!

And there has been some realy good vocal tracks out lately

Vocals can make or break a track, if there is some vocal in a song i rather don't have it all over the song

is sooo gooood!
Alot of vocals but wow what kind of vocals!
She has such a beautiful voice!

I find that songs created with vocals in mind are usually good, but those with them tacked on afterwards tend to suck.

One of my favourite tuunes on In My Memory is the title track, which would be nothing with the singer.
