i think new years resolutions are kinda lame, sometimes. i mean, if you are planning on doing something, then just start now? you know? why put it off for months on end and say , "oh , i'll start jan 1st".
then march comes around and you're like, "oh yeah, i forgot to start". so you do it for a few weeks, and then it's "spring break". so of course you stop again.
then summer starts, and that's another reason to stop.
pretty soon before you know it, it's october and you'll say, "oh , i'll start on jan 1st for my new years resolution".
it's a vicious cycle, i think.
if you're going to quit smoking, then just quit? if you're going to quit drinking, then just stop?
meat on fridays, sex on tuesdays, jerkin' it only once a day. whatever your battle is that you want to end....just start now, and stop playing psychology with yourself.
