I have gone without sleep for 50-60 hours (2 day + 2 night + 1 day) or so once or twice. No big deal.

I could do that only because I have gone without sleep over single nights a number of times.

I'm completely useless

[pause]

if I don't sleep even after one night. Even if I just take a one or two hour nap. I get groggy and delerious and find it tough to understand things. It's a generally unpleasant experience for me.
