But my friend in Tahoe says they are expecting 10 feet of snow in the next 48 hours and winds up to a 100 miles an hour.
Thankfully, they still have electricity.
But, after the storm, imagine the snow!

While the weather has really F'D up my commute to work (as in, rain Thursday morning blew my umbrella apart on the way to the bus stop which is a long walk for me and it never let up until it was just too late to go to work...then today (Friday) Golden Gate Transit was shut down most of the date because of flooding on the 101 and no large vehicles allowed on the golden gate bridge), overall it made me go "Whatever"
Move to the South/Southeast (ie. Florida) when it's not in a drought.
I am still shocked whenever there is any type of storm that's more than a drizzle, it's a downpour. Seriously, what I consider sprinkling in most cases is a "downpour" here...I remember when I would drive on same days in Florida past the hood of my car when driving in the rain...or see my mailbox when look out the front of my house. That's rain! :-p
