and another part is hopeing i get picked for another day so i dont have to go to work on friday after cielo
id rather just go to jury duty and sleep

You could try to get it postponed, tell them you are travelling for work or something, if not, then you would tell them you have a biased opinion based on a past experience, and they wont pick you for the trial, but you would still have to go to the selection.
