I have a Qdoba around here which is similar to Chipolte. But never the less the burritos rack in over 1200 calories but they tend to end up being all I eat that day. Not healthy either to only eat one meal.

Still though when it comes to being healthy...just not having a mega frappacrappachino saves you like 400 fucking calories.

I think it's better than most (ie. Wackarnolds) but as with all fast food you can probably do much better buying ingredients and making it on your own.

That being said I still have a serious addiction to Chipotle I don't see ending anytime soon.

I don't know about McDonalds but ... Golden Nugget is the shit.
