I'd probably go with Al Pacino.

Followed closely by Tom Hanks and Denzel.

But in all seriousness, I dont think anyone can pull off the character in Cast Away other than Tom. Took so much dedication to lose so much weight and he basically acted alone in the movie, and it wasnt boring.Amazing.
