I'm surprised Cate Blanchett was nominated for that Elizabeth sequel, only because I heard absolutely no hype surrounding that movie, and I heard the flick wasnt even that good. She's ALSO up for best supporting actress as well?

I see No Country for Old Men taking best pic, with the Coen's as best directors.

He did, its just that it was Best Supporting. And I will say that he deserves that win 100%, so I agree. I didnt catch Valley or Clayton, but I would be incredibly surprised if either Jones or Clooney did anything even remotely better.
