mine is supposed to be longer,
i used to have my icq name as
liquidxxdestinyspath, like the site, www.destinyspath.com, because i used to be the co webmaster on tht site, but when i got into the irc release group scene, the longest that would fit as a nickname was liquidxxd, so then i just used that name for the tranceaddict forums.

i havent a clue where i got my name from.... basically i saw a bunch of cars one night that only had one headlight working. i thought they looked like cyclopses'(cyclopi??) so i figured what the hell....cycloptor....gay i know.

Big Dave/little Dave

Mine originates from when some friends and I were out on a session at Ultra Vegas in Milton Keynes, and when we got back to find that my mate Paul's car had been stolen.

One person in the group was sobre as a judge, and was flipping out and wanting to call the police like a normal person, but the rest of us were all completely spanked and didn't really fancy meeting the 5-0, and his increasingly frustrated attempts to talk some sense into the guy whose car had been stolen were met only with a bizarre reply of "This would never have happened if we'd had a fleet of Mallards looking after it".

(A Mallard is a duck, if you didn't know).

As we were all fucked, we thought it was the funniest thing ever, and ever since we have used the word 'Mallard' far more than is probably considered sane - hense my name.

I got my name from a Movie when i was really young. Does anyone remeber the movie Hot Shots ? (The movie that takes the piss out of Top Gun)Well i first saw it in the cinema and a pilot had the name Mail Man. I thought that was the best name EVER. So i have used it for everything, any online game and anything that requires a name.

ok.....simple....really.......been using torontotrance for yrs....from toronto and i like trance. In Mirc.....i use torontotranceaddict.......hence the TTA that everyone calls me.

In uni, I studied Molecular Biology/Cell Biology/and Oncology (study of Cancer), and wanted to be an oncologist.

One day, I was trying to set up a unique name for Napster, and no mater what I tried, it was already taken (similar for Hotmail). I tried using words related to mol.bio, cause that was unique to me. Sarcoma is a type of cancer, so I created Sarcoman, the Cancer Fighting Super Hero, and lucky for me, the name wasnt already taken. I used it again for hotmail ([email protected]) and for TA.
