morcilla. it is a spanish inheritance of this country back from colonial times, however, Plato spoke of it, and there is a mention of it in Homer's Odyssey, so it's pretty oldschool. it's similar to blood sausage, but prepared differently. also called "black pudding".

basically, a pig intestine with coagulated blood. traditionally prepared with rice in it. tasty.

Koreans have similar pork blood sausage called soondae. It has bits of rice and clear noodles (I think barley). Served with salt with bits of grounded red pepper for seasoning.

Snails just taste of the garlic butter you eat them with though :P.

Takes ages to ply them out too.

But frogs legs are kinda like fishy chicken. But mega tender.
