Dumbest thing I have ever heard of.
As a minority, I find it insulting that some think they need a 'special' school to help them succeed. Kids fail because their parents do not pay enough attention.
How many immigrants come here and flourish every year? Fuck, half of them can't even speak the language, let alone relate to the culture or material being taught.
I say, stop making excuses, and start taking care of your kids.

I think its great they got their own schools. I dont think it pushes them back a 100 years. now all they need is to get their own drinking fountains and washrooms.
