all the "omg why do rapists do this its so wrong" are redundant. why do they do it? because they're rapists *shrug*, there can be rapists anywhere.

i don't think, however, that a person should have fear when entering a cab and stricter background checks should be given to potential and current cab drivers as a policy to promote public safety.
