in all the years ive used the buses in miami i have NEVER used a token.

I'm starting to plan out my bus routes and it turns out we'll be catching a few cabs mainly due to time of night. I'm not sure how easy it is to find cabs in Miami so I found these numbers just in case:

I took the bus everywhere in 2006 & it was fine. The greatest is when I was stuck in traffic going to ULTRA along with everyone else--except for I didn't have a ticking taxi meter fare.

The bus is almost as quick as a taxi going from South Beach to Space as most of the trip is over the causeway with no stops.

take metrorail (southbound direction if you are coming from tri-rail) and get off at government center. then get on the Omni Loop of the Metro Mover. get off at Eleventh Street station.

I'm gonna be taking the buses all week from central Miami to SOBE. I think i'll just be bringing spiked cokes and a book to pass the hour that it will take to reach my destination
