You definitely can. I used to know a couple of guys who had an entire 4 car shed dedicated to making home brew beer. I mean, these guys almost lived for this hobby. They had like 20 different types of beer, ale, stout and the stuff was AWESOME quality.

Did you do it with greg? thats who i am doing it with. He did tell me about how they tried to make strong beer which ended up wayyyy to heavy.

if wheat beers are your thing, then check em out. theyre expensive, but im assured its the best there is
