My one gripe with this mix is that it's just epic leads throughout - it was great for the first 20, even 30 mins but I really felt it needed another "theme" thrown in there somewhere other than just uplifting leads one after another with pretty similar sounds underneath them.

Other than that, I quite enjoyed it and you nailed the mixing. While still being quite anthemic, Timeless felt like a nice break as it had a different feel from the tracks before it. It was also good hearing someone else playing JvD's version of Superstring - I've thought that was a very tasteful reworking since I first heard it and it worked well in your mix.

just listened 2 ur mix there now. nice mixin + TUNE after TUNE recomend it 4 downloadin .

Solid tracklist, it flows very smoothly. Sean Tyas remix of 2v2 was a great choice for ending the mix. Me likes!

Cheers for your constructive criticism Stu. You are correct in that the "sound" might get a bit boring after a while but I wanted to make an all-out-epic set. I tried to introduce different sounds with for instance "Durado", "Ten 4" and "Famicom" but I guess they all are a bit anthemic in the breakdowns for instance. I'm glad you took your time and that you enjoyed it, I also have to agree with you in that JvD's version of Superstring is a tasteful remix. Thanks.

This is a great set. I barely ever listen to sets because i usually dont like to many tracks. but this set is fantastic now i have a few tracks i need to go out and buy. Can't wait till your next mix, i'll be waiting.

Great set m8, really like it. For me it's getting better from around half hour. Very good.

This is going to be my warmup cd while driving to Trance energy i think.
