For whatever reason you are showing an irrational response to Hizballah, should your views be shared by policy makers then Israel is in for a wave of devestating suicide attacks. If that's the price you are willing to pay to get a tiny bit of a sense of revenge then more fool you.

Face facts, Israeli (and American and French) occupation, and their support for the Phalange (and all they did to the Muslims) created Hizballah. ALL the attacks attributed to Hizballah are the result of that Israeli occupation.

Now Israel (if it was them) has made a unilateral, unprevoked attack, and is responsible for the repercusions...you might wank yourself blind sat in your bedroom in America over what has happened the last few days, but your safe and well away from the action so you can afford to have extremist views (happens a lot that Americans often have more extreme views than the extremists themselves in these far away countries, like Israel or Ireland)

who said anything about policy? this man died for what he did to others and for what he did for others that didn't have the courage to do for themselves. read Iran.

for all he stood for, for everything you advocate, he was still just one man. he wasn't a government. he wasn't a state. HE WAS ONE MAN who killed many.

hell no. irrational responses is someone, like you, elevating this one man to a place where somehow in some twisted fucking logic it's justified in killing countless others in petty retalliation.

no dude, YOU have it twisted. Nasrahllah has it twisted elevating this garbage to repond in kind magnitudes...for this one piece of murderous garbage.

is there any evidence that israel was behind the attack? not that i would ever assume they didnt do it, but there are all kinds of "players" that might benefit from an upsurge in anti israeli & american opinion.

i agree with both of you. its fucking stupid from israel if it was them, but people like this that live by the sword...

Lol! I think I'm sane and rational enough to lift myself above the extremist emotional response this event has prevoked in you (for whatever reason)

This is NOT about an individual but about the wider impact on the situation between Hizballah and Israel. If Israel was behind this attack (which Hizballah believe, so it kind of makes the point a bit irrelevant) then it will result in revenge attacks that, lets face it, simply would not have occured were it not for this act.

So yes, it is ALL about policy, and this one, if perpetrated by Israel, was a fucking stupid policy!

AFAIAA, there is no evidence linking this to Israel (or America)

However, both countries have made comments that seemingly support the extra-judicial assassination as welcoming

And lets face it, nobody cares about an individual from Hizballah being killed, that is not the issue at all, the issue is what comes next...

...and whatever does come next, the blame is squarely at the door of Israel for engaging in hostilities (if it was them)

Other suspects would be among the anti-Syrian block in Lebanese politics, all more than capable, more than willing, and all with a track record of taking their enemies out by such means...you just have to ask youself what they would gain from such an action (and the obvious chain of events this will lead to)

Lebanese civil war + Foreign forces jumping in = TROUBLE

We don't need to be fighting other people's wars.

the problem is you think "sane and rational" automatically puts you on the right side of a moral quandry. news flash george, it doesn't.

it only becomes policy if you allow this convicted murdering terrorist to become larger than the needs of the innocent. thats what Nasrallah wants, thats what you are shamefully accepting of. face that fact george.

people like Mugniyah and Nasrallah don't need your sympathy.

Jumping into the middle of other nation's civil wars is like stepping into a snakepit. One should not be surprised if they get bitten...

If you're too pig headed to be able to see the bigger picture then more fool you

You're no better than the "Islamo fascists" themselves and you're no better than the "Judeao fascists" living in the occupied territories

Anybody who uses hate to determine their political views and in the process encourages an eruption of violence needs their head checking if you ask me...

Because of Israeli policy? You're correct, glad you agree
