I bet those xone headphones are just rebranded headphones that someone else makes they don't look very special from reading about them but would be interested in listening to them or trying them out.

A rep. & Torsten from Beatkraft brought the xone headphone to Ten15 sometime last year for a headliner to try out. Don't remember the names.
Looks and feel just like the Sony MDR-700dj to me. Nothing extrodinary.

i had the pioneer's 1000's and they were decent but like woody said, they break. Also they get uncomfortable after a few hours.

i recommend getting the ultrasone dj1pro's. best freaking cans ever. they are soooo damn comfortable and sound amazing. I've used by buddys sony cans, hd25's, and obviously my pioneers and the ultrasones blow them out of the water.

I've had my Technics DH 1200's for over two years now...zero problems. Comfortable, sound great, and for me they've been very durable.

Stick with the Sony's you had. You bought them for a reason. I have had mine since 05 and no problems.

The 7506 are great, but pretty useless for me in a loud ass environment.

I also have the Sennheiser HD280, but again they cant hang when you push them. Great for at home and studio work.
