The Health Inspection people said it's more hygienic to wash your hands with soap prior to handling food than to repeatedly use the same gloves... to avoid cross contamination

Plus like I said... ours was a Bum-fuck Idaho Tim Hortons... we didn't follow any rules.
We had the best little community... won all kinds of awards... all the customers knew all the employees and vice versa... but the random assholes were punished... they just didn't know it lol
