I was there at the El Rey when Oakey performed.
Looking back upon it now, I don't remember him
playing any of those tracks since I was so fucked
up, but watching and listening to it once again
on the grooveradio.com site(not available), I
realize how epic and refreshing this set really was.
I was expecting big tunes off his tranceport set
since it was my first performance of his, but these
tracks stole the show. BTW, the remx of BT's
"Mercury and Solace" was not the Quivver dub; it was
the Mark Shimmon mix.
