Amphetamine psychosis? Either that or just plain fucked up from lack of sleep and stimulant abuse. If going to the doctor is not an option he is going to need plenty of benzos and sleep and if he goes a few days without using he will probably be fine. But if it is amp psychosis he could be very well back in this state when he starts using again.

its just a normal psychosis as a result of a lack of sleep..
i don't know how many e's he has taken so i can't say if that is a part of the problem... most likely not, as psychosis brought on by mdma is usually far more severe than what you are describing..

what he needs is sleep, so what i recommend is to give him either valium, rohypnol or xanax.. preferrably valium..

take it from one who has been there many, many times before lol :P
