I had Tigerskin - Neontrance spinning at a club around 126BPM a few years ago. A kid came up at two different points and showed me his cellphone...

"Marcel Woods?"
"Tiesto?"

DOES IT EVEN SOUND LIKE THEY WOULD FIT WITH WHAT I'M PLAYING!?

" There is this new song , where a guy and a girl sing together , do you have it ? can you play it ? I LOVE IT !!! "

" I LOVE HIP HOP , CAN YOU SPIN SOME FOR US ? WE DROVE 200 MILES TO PARTY TONIGH ... "

The weirdest thing happened to me once. I was DJing in a club in Washington DC , in the summer of 2001 , and a beautiful girl came up to me , put her finger inside my ear ( to filter out the noise ) and said ...

" THE GATES OF HELL ARE GOING TO OPEN , WE ARE GOING THROUGH THE
GATES OF HELL ...."

I thought she was requesting a track , so i said i dont have that one sorry .. ( not that i would have played it if i had it!! )

so she goes away and comes back a bit later , and does the same thing

" THE GATES OF HELL ARE GOING TO OPEN , WE ARE GOING THROUGH THE
GATES OF HELL ...."

i didnt understand , so i shook my head ....

comes back an hour later and says the same thing ..

" THE GATES OF HELL ARE GOING TO OPEN , WE ARE GOING THROUGH THE
GATES OF HELL ...."

OK , this time , she freaked me out , so i told her to please stop bothering me , and i told the bouncer next to me to keep an eye on her.

She didnt come back , but she kept walking ifront of the DJ booth grinning , smiling ....

a week later ... SEPTEMBER 11TH 2001 .... !!!

i know its just a coincidence ... but its a freaky story .. !!

"this is not a rollerskating rink or a high school dance...we do not take requests...if you dont like this music you are at the wrong club."
