All music can be emotional.

please elaborate on this as I won't say you are wrong straight out but am not quite sure where you are coming from. Call it curiosity.
Well its not possible with 120bpm music and its not possible with 170 bpm music.
Can't remember where I read it on wiki... but it seems accurate. It has something to do with the alpha brainwaves.

generally its in 6/8 but, id have to say that real tribal music transcends time signatures...its just one continual ever evolving sound...totally free form.

Fuck wiki, live it.
No, that's 140-150.

Which also happens to be around the bpm you can experience a state of trance around... never heard about the mothers womb though... only alpha waves and stuff.
I think some people might be confusing different musical states of consciousness.
But theres a difference between the relaxing hypnotic 120bpm musical state and when your listening to a song at 140-150bpm and it goes into a really awesome downvibe moment (like a pad for example).
For example I find when really tired you can listen to hypnotic downbeat music but can't enter into a state of trance.
Anyway I'm probably just another idiot not knowing what he's talking about.
