no.. i think we do understand that.. but hey, when someone is blatently ripping off a buyer, that seller deserves to get backed out on.. fuck it man, its the internet, you can always start up a new ebay account, unless you have a super rating that you don't want to ruin...

just refuse to buy it from him or dont answer his emails.. lol. If you get a negative feedback, you can leave your response right under it (so when people see it, they'll know why you got it) and just say the item was broken and the seller didnt tell you until after the auction.

I once didnt feel like buying an item from a guy after I won the auction, and he didnt really care , and actually left me positive feedback for some reaon..... AHAHHA a hha hah
