Holy crap do NOT listen to this moron, lol.
The ears, nose, and throat are all interrelated. It's not surprising that you have a sore throat if you have an ear infection....your glands get swollen and put pressure on the surrounding structures.
Take some ibuprofen and go see a doc about your ears, then your sore throat will go away. |
Thanks for the advice. I'm getting nervous with replies ranging from "oh just sleep on it" to "GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF NOW, ITS LIFE THREATENING." I'll set up a doc appt. tomorrow.

It's an ear infection. Go to the doctor asap. They'll give you a prescription for amoxicillin and you'll be fine in a couple days. Until then, sleep on that ear (let it drain), try to avoid running around or listening to anything loud. It's not life threatening, your hearing probably isn't at risk, though it hurts like a bitch, and is just going to get worse. If you wait long enough, your ear drum could rupture, leaving you with scarring & some hearing loss. In the mean time, bed, ibuprofen, & sleep on that side. |
Will do.
'ppreciate the advice my TA docs.
