agreed 100%. ill tell you why: ppl in israel start partying at a much lowe age. 14 year olds in clubs is nothing unusual in israel. In Austria (and im sure that thats the situation in the rest of europe) at this age no1 goes out. Maximum to bars getting drunk, or drinking at some1s house..but never would they go out as in going to a discothek. real disco goers are generally 18+. Now what most of you have experienced so far is the 18- part. Thats why u dont get those "strange europeans". So basically its the age difference but of course there still are some differences as in the clubbers' attitudes(that has to do with the people's mentality): Israelis are much more open, dance more wildly and drink less than lets say..germans.
to make it short: 25 year old dutch clubbers are about the same as 25 year old israelis. both like to dance (but do i differently) both like to drink (some are used to more some not) both take xtc, both fuck in toilet rooms.
