Great read, not surprising at all.

Every veteran of the Iraq war which I have personally interacted with Downtown have been malicious animals ready to start violence at any moment, which is strange for me since I'm an extremely non-violent, easy going person.

We really need better programs to get these back into society safely, because these soldiers we celebrate are going to end up either dead or in jail... but real change starts out there.

As for the atrocities they commit out there... that's on their conscience, and RIP to the innocent.
