I thought he was having sex with the new born baby... and thats why he was charged for having sex with a child and could face up to 25 years in jail

but yeah this is obviously ridiculous, but not as ridculous as I originally thought!

A black teen was sentenced for 25 yrs for the same thing. I think he's finally getting released (after spending a few years behind bars, no less) on the basis that he was given too harsh a sentence just bacause he is black.

The US court system is pretty f'ed sometimes.
