There's more to it than just the driving around. Storage space, image updates, bandwidth consumption (in addition to EVERYTHING else Google does...), staffing locations (or setting them up to travel), etc. I'm not saying it's beyond their capabilities (and if anyone has the resources, it's definitely Google), but that they're probably just doing it gradually. There's a lot of places probably higher on the list than Ft. Lauderdale.
