Yes I've read the specs... but I'm asking more for your opinion on them.

Do they feel responsive when you load in a new cd and also when you start from a cue point?
Can you compare them against any other CD players by other brands?

Thanks for your help.

I have the prodj 2fx and it friggen rox, I actually got it because pro sound and stage lighting had a sale on them and they were cheaper that the prodj 2. I would choose them over the cdj100's any day, it just seems like when you are using the cdj100's you overuse the effects. Its like crack, you use it once and you cant stop. but they only thing that the cdj100 has over the prodj 2fx would be the lack of a drawer, the drawer on the prodj 2 sux.

and if you are gonna say what about master tempo, well master tempo sux, it sounds like crap.

oh hehe i luv my pro-dj2

its nice and quick (instantaneous start)...i spin mainly on vinyl but it can hold its own against my techz

only other CD player i used was the Pioneer CDJ-1000's..and all i did was scratch on those

i dont regret my purchase of the American DJ deck...its great and you can do the stutter or seamless loop (thats always fun)

people are always like......."Oh...is this a remix?" hehe

I just got a Pioneer CMX-3000 and the pitch on it seems very accurate. Even still, it's going to take some getting used to because I'm so used to spinning vinyl. I thin that the CMX-3000 is a really nice unit but I don't really have anything to compare it against. When I was working in the clubs, none of them had dual CD players...just single deck units with no pitch control or efx.

Thats really nice. I think those have about 0.02% accuracy. I saw those in the store, but were almost $2000, which is too much
