looks like some of you forgot to stock your hotel fridge with vitamin water, G-rade, protein shakes and bananas for the mandatory meal part of being a complete rockstar.

I woke up Monday ridiculously sick. Sore throat, nausea, everything.

3 of the guys staying with me had to leave Saturday afternoon because they had caught the Bubonic Plague, although it could have been Sars. But I actually took showers, ate food, had vitamins, etc... whereas they did not.
I felt the smallest amount of it and have been exhausted all week but nothing in the throat. I took nyquil Monday night.
ahahahahaha

I think for me it was just the lack of sleep.
I ate a lot of food, some damn good food in fact, lol.
Drank tons of water and had no less than 2 Emergen-C's every single day. I also think getting back to Seattle and getting a major climate change where we had freakin SNOW (WTF?) and 30+ degree weather didn't help either. Like CleverName said, I just accept it as a WMC party favor!
i smoked about a pack a day and i feel fine, going to go run tonight so see if my performance is affected

hell yeah, sore throat, congestion, cough, and worst of all lost 95% of my voice as work as a ground traffic controller at an airport.
I was f'n worthless Monday, nooone could understand what I was saying, they were like "What happened to you?" and I said "Miami happened to me..." which was a surpisingly acceptable answer by many pilots

I think I ate 5 times total from wed-monday, slept 3-4 hours every night, didn't take any vitamins and am miraculously feeling like a million bucks. All of my friends though have been struck down by the SARS though or something comparably horrible
