Just book the flight, it cost me $493 in total. Flying off on April 30 to May 8. Now I have to book off the vacation time. LOL a little backwards I know, but u have to act fast to get these prices.

Really now, do people need their hands held to book a trip to freakin Montreal? It's not that hard you know.

Anyway, I go at least once a month and the train is the best. Via Rail supersaver fare will get you to Montreal for $60 each way. And it's downtown, so your cab fare to the hotel will be less than $10.

Sketchy drives home from Montreal are retired, it's all about the train...

It is too bad you weren't going to be there for April 30th. It is Koninginnedag (Queensday) in Holland and there are all sorts of street parties, events, etc going on there.

For the last few years I have been wanting to do this, but haven't been able to pass up my summer festivals to experience it yet.

Train

Normally the train is rather expensive. But, via-rail is having a sale for Toronto-Montreal right now and you can get a train to Montreal for $59 dollars per way.

Coach Canada is also having a seat sale. If you book early / on the right day you can get it for as cheap as $10 dollars per way. In reality - the cheapest tickets tend to already be booked, so you're more likely looking at around $20-$80 per way depending on what day and how many seats are already sold.
