I was told to sign some papers on my supervisors desk, and I stumbled across his papers on accident. Had everything written out, his raise and the medical plan. That and he also told me, out of friendship, not to rub it in my face or anything.
About the HR person, that's the thing. I think the person giving him all these benefits is actually that person. 2nd in command, but also the HR since it's a smaller company and people are cross trained.
ehhhhh....the more I think about it, fighting would be useless. I just had to rant about it.
