Wouldn't the circumstances cause you to freak out right on day one? You wouldn't have to go to school/work... yet, you can't just chill in a bar/club/whatever because no employee will be there.

Haha, yeah, when my friend asked me what I'd do, "28 Day Later" was the first think I thought of

I used to joke about it, but im now fairly convinced that he has sincere psychological problems. Probably harmless, but fuck, imagine being that narcissistic. Its ridiculous.

I'd probably focus on trying to secure basic needs first. I don't really see myself going off and doing a lot of unnecessary things in that situation.

I imagine that traveling with many belongings would become cumbersome rather quickly. Once the electricity went off (which would probably not take long) gas pumps wouldn't work, so you'd have to look elsewhere for fuel. Switching vehicles might be the easiest solution, at least in the short-term. You wouldn't be able to get water out of the tap for very long with no one running the utilities either, so you'd want to stay near stores of bottled water or some other source of clean water. There would probably be a fair amount of non-perishable food around, but it would be best to try to create some sort of sustainable food source just in case; to that end, staying in one general area would be preferable.

For the most part, I suspect that my actions would be dictated by circumstances that would arise and create needs. I might make some effort to find out of anyone else is around, but nothing too extensive.
