Me too.

i spoke to them about it years ago when they started working on it, they also played me some of their material from paavos laptop which they were working on, and as always, the vocals really shined. But its certainly taking a while for a release!

True. "Good For Me" was probably the most cheesy trance track of all time (for all the people who even categorize it as trance).

This new one is good track, but definitely not trance music. I would give it on the same level as CJ Stone in 2001,2002 who was the king of commercial dance music then.

His "Tremble" remix was always on the radio down here during that time.

I personally thing sirens of the sea is weak, and good for me is a decent uplifting vocal tune - it does the job, even if it does follow the same strucure and uses the same sounds as most other VOCAL TRANCE records.

You are a clown. Of course it is trance music. Just cuz you dont like it doesnt mean that it isnt trance. I'd seriously love to hear an argument as to why above and beyond - good for me is not trance. Music tastes are subjectives, and as for genres, there are a lot of tunes that cross the bounderies these days. This one is not even up for debate though - it doesnt even draw influence from anything else. Of course its bloody trance!

And why is this trance? Just because it has a trancy beat?

Man, listen to the old Oliver Lieb, L-Vee, MIKE, Marino Stephano tracks
and you will see this is totally different music and idea behind it.

and btw, i like all the Oceanlab tracks, but there is nothing entrancing in it. Good music for listening, but not music which could put you in trans like LSG - Netherworld for example.

It's rather those annoying vocals and the really horrid voice of Zoe Johnston that make the track being utter shit.

Yes LSG netherworld is infinatly better than any of the mentioned tracks - its all still trance though. Your argument seems to stem from the fact that you like certain tunes, or find them more club worthy than others. The idea of being 'put in a trance' is subjective - im sure some people are put in a trance by iron maiden, but that dont make them trance artists does it? Good for me is perfectly capable of putting listeners into a trance if they love gay trance. the quality of it does not define its genre anyway

No mention of the Sonorous Remix? That's my personal favorite.

little cheesy but I always liked it

haven't heard these newer mixes, don't really want to

I do want to listen to the KvA one again though, that melody is just addicting. Sounds like Solar Stone's 'Jump The Next Train' a little bit
