Don't worry. Just delve a little more into EDM, and as your musical taste evolves you'll soon realize that the stuff you currently like is utter shit, while DJ Sammy and Cascada produce music that is a lot more refined and sophisticated. Just try to improve your taste and there won't be a need for such a discussion.

It happens all the time to me when I say I like trance. They ask waht it is, and then say... "oh Techno!!"
I then say something like that.
It's difficult to really describe it to people so i no longer bother.

LOL!!! OMG thats funny. But now its not funny...

Glad I can't hear for shit... that gets me out of a lot of bad situations. Fat chick at a bar? "Sorry, an 80mm mortar exploded by my head, WHAT DID YOU SAY???" It works. In this case, I really couldn't hear a word this guy was saying I kept going, "say again?" and he finally left.

In retrospect, I don't think that continuing to blast loud bass into my ears thru my sony headphones is a good idea... maybe I shuld invest in those DJ ear filter thingies? Save what little hearing I got left?

Hmm yeah... GOD I am so bored I am in agony at the moment...
