I have the second version I got it like 4 months ago in the US for $400+tx. I thinking to sell it and get a new one as I really need the multiple text-messaging feature which the first couple software versions don't have.

Honestly, I'd rather deal with rogers than bell...
but it is lame that they haven't brought out the iphone yet. It'd make them huge money, and now they've missed the profit margin. My friend switched to Rogers about a year ago, in hopes of getting the iphone when they brought it in... what a disappointment haha
Im curious to see what the Blackberry will bring out in terms of touch screen.

The iPhone being released in Australia sometime in June. Yet no news about it being released in Canada. FUCK you Rogers. I hope AT&T or who ever buys up more of the spectrum from the CRTC kills your bloody monopoly! YOU ******S!
stop signing contracts with providers. cough up the 5 to 700 and just get the phone unlocked. no need to wait for rogers to pick it up. i dont really see all these providers as actual "cell phone" providers but just "providers". north american wireless market is pretty much primitive compared to europe and asia as you all may know. personally, i'd never consider getting a phone from any of these providers simply because i know if i cough an X amount extra, i can get a phone that surpasses quality of the phones our providers have. also i dont agree with this whole contract signing business. im spending an average of $700 a year paying bills and the last think i would want is to be stuck doing that with the same provider for 2 or 3 years. yea you can get a cheap phone if you sign your life away but if people cant afford a phone then they really shouldn't have one. imo.

Should have asked me while I was in the UK Jesse, they have crazy good unlocking places there, maybe they would have been able to fix that problem. (Or maybe not, if it was software related)
