And if only Another world was good...Okay it was 'all right'. The 'extra samples' he added to the mix were so amazingly stupid. "sun sun sun, highs in the 80's all week"...umm...okay oakie...

What oakenfold album is it that has sanvean on it though? As soon as I started watching that first vid in this thread I was like...oh hey! That song! LOL.

I don't remember which DCD song it was but there was one I knew that was big at the first night club I ever went to ('96 ish) and I loved it during my very short goth period. When it would come on a lot of the goth kids would dance and man I loved the way they danced...I don't think I ever quite got that down. Anyway I remember the lyrics being something like 'you build me up then you knock me down, she played the fool while I played the clown, you keep time with the beat, of a lonely slave drum?' hehe...something like that. Cool song. Then I listened to some of their albums and it seemed to be the only song that was really like it. Oh well. I could look it up right now...but don't really wanna

Right you are! Just looked up the track listing. I thought that was a man singing (in a falseto (sp?) sorta voice) back when I only knew it on that CD. But seeing her sing it...man...AMAZING voice. Very cool vid clip.

Another World was very conflicting. It has some rather shining moments and some rather terrible moments. Anyway...different discussion. Back to Dead Can Dance...appreciate away!
